1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Your entry into the MineStar website and your use of any of its services constitute your careful reading, full understanding and unconditional acceptance of every provision of this document. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter referred to as the “User” or “Buyer”) and the MineStar store (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”). If you disagree with any clause of this agreement, you are strongly advised to leave the website and refrain from making any purchase. The purchase process on this website has been designed so that the user views and confirms these terms before final payment; therefore, any claim of being unaware of these rules will not be accepted in any forum whatsoever, and in the Store's view all users are deemed fully aware of the contents of this document.
Important warnings before making a purchase — please read this section with the utmost care:
1. Read the product description: Before purchasing, you are required to read the complete description shown on the dedicated page of each product in full. The responsibility for matching the product to your technical needs — including identifying which Minecraft game versions the product supports — rests solely with the buyer. The Store has no obligation whatsoever regarding incompatibility of a purchased product with other versions that are not mentioned in its description.
2. Original vs. unlicensed status of the product: The identity and nature of every product have been fully disclosed. A product is considered “Original” only if this is explicitly stated in its description. If the word “Original” (or any other approved equivalent) is not written in the description, the product in question has no official license and is sold on those exact terms. A later claim that you assumed the product was original will, under no circumstances, lead to a refund or any other kind of compensation. The responsibility for the consequences of using unlicensed products on various servers or platforms lies entirely with the buyer.
3. Resolve technical questions before buying: If you do not have sufficient knowledge about the installation, execution, configuration or any other technical aspect of “how the file works”, you are required and firmly advised — before making the purchase — to contact the website's support team through the official platforms (Telegram and Discord) and clear up your ambiguity. Entering into the purchase contract constitutes your confirmation that you are fully familiar with the nature and operation of the product.
4. Strict and non-reversible no-refund policy: Given the fully digital nature of the products and the possibility of copying and misusing the delivered content, once the purchase process is completed and the product has been delivered, absolutely no money or “Coins” (store credit) will be refunded. This policy covers all cases, including regret over the purchase, failure to read the description, technical incompatibility, or unfamiliarity with how to use the product. To avoid any loss, please take warning 3 seriously.
5. Intellectual property rights and legal enforcement: All content available on this website has been gathered, produced and developed by the experienced members and professional developers of the MineStar servers. This content is an intellectual work protected by intellectual property and copyright laws. Any publishing, re-publishing, reselling, cracking, decompiling or sharing of purchased content in any form (even free of charge) on other platforms is strictly prohibited, and the Store reserves the right to pursue legal action and claim full damages.
6. Disclaimer of the consequences of use: The performance, stability and consequences of running the purchased file on the user's server or client environment are the buyer's own responsibility. The “MineStar” store is merely the supplier of the requested content and holds no responsibility for potential problems such as server crashes, software bugs in interaction with other plugins, the account being banned or penalised by Mojang/Microsoft, or any other technical or legal damage. Please make your purchase with full awareness and after complete research.
All of the clauses above form an inseparable part of this contract, and by giving your final confirmation and completing the payment you officially acknowledge them. This document is not a simple warning; it is a legal agreement, and any claim that contradicts its provisions lacks legal validity in every forum.
2. Age Requirements and Legal Capacity for Purchase
By confirming and completing the purchase process on this website, you expressly declare and warrant that you are at least eighteen full Solar Hijri (Iranian calendar) years of age and that you possess full legal capacity to enter into a contract and carry out financial transactions. This requirement has been set because of the binding nature of this agreement and the financial obligations arising from it.
If the person making the purchase is under eighteen years of age, any purchase and payment is permitted only and exclusively under the supervision, knowledge and explicit consent of parents or a legal guardian. In that case, using the payment gateway and completing the transaction constitutes confirmation that the individual's parent or legal guardian has read all the provisions of this agreement, understood them and fully accepted them, and thereafter personally assumes responsibility for all financial and legal obligations arising from it.
Essential note: The MineStar store has no mechanism for verifying the age of its users at the moment of purchase, and the responsibility for verifying age and obtaining the necessary permissions from the legal guardian for persons under eighteen is completely and exclusively on the user themselves and their parents. Should any dispute, claim or legal issue arise from a purchase made by a person under eighteen without parental consent, the Store — by invoking this clause — is released from any liability and reserves the right to file a counter-claim to recover the damages incurred. Naturally, the legal and financial consequences of using bank cards belonging to other people also remain with the account holder and the person who used the card.
3. Governing Law of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Data Protection
All the provisions, terms and conditions contained in this agreement and all commercial activities of this website are fully governed by the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran — in particular the Electronic Commerce Act enacted in 1382 (2004) and its related executive by-laws. Any dispute, lawsuit or legal claim arising from the use of the Store's services falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent judicial authorities of Iran, and both parties agree to refrain from referring disputes to any other forum. This compliance includes, but is not limited to, consumer rights, advertising requirements, the rules for concluding electronic contracts and internet payment regulations.
Privacy and information security: The MineStar store considers itself committed to the full protection of users' personal, identity and financial information. All data registered by users is kept on a secure and encrypted infrastructure and will under no circumstances be handed over to third-party individuals or organisations. The principle of absolute confidentiality of user information applies.
Explicit and exclusive exception: User information will leave this principle in one clearly defined case only — the receipt of an official, written and lawful request from competent judicial authorities or authorised governmental and supervisory bodies that, according to the country's laws and legal procedures, have the competence to access such information. In such circumstances, the Store is obliged to provide only the requested information within the scope of the legal authorisation presented. Naturally, verbal, informal or out-of-framework requests are in no way covered by this exception, and the information will remain protected. This exception is defined precisely within the framework of the requirements envisaged in the laws concerning criminal procedure, the fight against cybercrime and the preservation of national security.
